Fabric Sourcing & Inspection

We source high-quality fabrics from trusted mills. Every fabric batch is inspected for GSM, shrinkage, colorfastness, and overall quality before it enters production. This ensures consistency, durability, and premium.

Pattern Making

Our skilled pattern makers create precise templates for your designs. A pre-production sample is prepared and submitted for your approval before bulk cutting begins

Cutting

Using precision cutting techniques, our team cuts fabric pieces according to approved patterns minimizing waste and ensuring consistent sizing across the entire order

Stitching & Assembly

Experienced machine operators stitch and assemble each garment with care. We handle knitted and woven garments with specialized setups.

Finishing & Pressing

Each garment goes through pressing, thread trimming, and finishing to ensure a clean, professional look ready for the retail floor.

Quality Control

Our QC team conducts rigorous inspection at every stage. Final inspection checks stitching quality, measurements, defects, and packaging compliance. This guarantees that every product meets international quality standards.

Packaging & Export

Garments are packed as per buyer specifications polybags, hangers, cartons, and labels. We coordinate shipping and export documentation for smooth international delivery.
